Haitham Hassan guides Celtic's effort to reach Europe
Heitham Hassan, a player for the Egyptian national team, is aiming to lead his Scottish club, Celtic, to their first victory in the Europa League when they face Spanish club Celta Vigo at Celtic Park during the third round. After a difficult start to the campaign with a 3-1 loss to Ferencváros and a heavy 4-1 defeat against Benfica, Celtic is seeking to regain confidence through this match, especially following their domestic 7-1 win over Hearts. Coach Martin O'Neill has decided to start Heitham Hassan in the lineup, praising his offensive abilities and outstanding performance, which contribute to increasing the team's chances of claiming their first win in the competition. This victory would help Celtic improve their position in the standings, as they are currently tied with Celta Vigo on points.
