Al-Inshaa' Offers Land Plots in New El Alamein and Port Said

The Ministry of Housing has announced a selection of land plots in New Alamein City and New Port Said as investment opportunities to promote investment and attract financing. Applications for land in Alamein will open starting November 1, 2026, through the Foreign Investment Portal, with the requirement to activate the electronic wallet to facilitate procedures. In Port Said, application requests for land purchases for residential and mixed-use activities will be accepted until November 5, and a lottery to allocate the lands will be held on November 10. The investment opportunities include commercial, administrative, and residential plots of various sizes. The lottery will be conducted publicly according to specific procedures, aiming to support economic and urban development in both cities.
