As part of its “Correct Your Concepts” initiative, the Ministry of Endowments affirmed that technology is part of daily life, but should be used in ways that add to our time and lives rather than drain them. It urged people to choose games carefully, set limits on how long they use them, keep an eye on in-game purchases, protect their privacy, and avoid unknown links and messages. It also encouraged using technology for learning and developing skills such as design and programming. The ministry stressed the importance of balancing screen time with prayer, study, health, and family life. It advised parents to build closer relationships with their children, help them choose beneficial content, and agree with them on appropriate limits for screen use.
