Cleaning campaigns in Luxor removed 40 tons of solid waste from several neighborhoods and areas, alongside work to improve sidewalks and lighting and repaint traffic islands. Executive authorities also demolished two illegal structures at an early stage in the Mansha’at al-Amari area: a wall covering 120 square meters in Nagaa Awadallah and another covering 100 square meters in Nagaa al-Fakhoura. Legal action was taken. The efforts also included repairing a faulty streetlight pole in the al-Matar district in response to a resident’s complaint.
