Mansour on Post Removal
Mortada Mansour denied deleting or retracting his post about actress Elham Shahin out of fear of the backlash. He said he never deletes posts once they have been published, and that the post received around 18 million views in two days. He announced that he would meet with journalists at his office in Dokki at 8 p.m. on Thursday to clarify his position and respond to the controversy.
