Cusack’s father highlights her disappointment with Blades boss
The inquest into the death of Sheffield United footballer Maddy Cusack revealed that her mental health deterioration was primarily linked to the behavior of her former manager, Jonathan Morgan. Cusack's father stated she was dismayed by Morgan's return to Sheffield United and attributed her declining mental health to his management style, which was described as authoritative and harmful. The inquest also discussed her struggles with balancing her playing career and health issues, with evidence indicating she sought to avoid stigma regarding her mental health.
