Adam Schefter message impacts Mendoza’s Raiders future
Fernando Mendoza, the Raiders' No.1 draft pick, is expected to start the season on the bench behind veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins. The Raiders are keeping options open by maintaining three quarterbacks on the roster, but the timeline for Mendoza to become the starter remains uncertain.
