Cowboys face issues over Schottenheimer salary
The Dallas Cowboys’ 23-13 loss has intensified criticism of owner Jerry Jones over his decision to limit coaching salaries, including that of offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer, earning around $4.5 million. Despite star players and offensive talent, the team has struggled offensively and defensively, raising concerns about coaching effectiveness. Critics and analysts suggest Jones’s reluctance to spend on experienced coaching staff may be contributing to the team’s underperformance, with some calling for decisive action before key upcoming games.
