Ghosts cast on making a movie and spinoff
The cast of the TV series "Ghosts" has returned to make a film titled "Ghosts: The Possession of Button House," following the series' conclusion in December 2023. The filmmakers initially thought the story was finished but were convinced to develop a movie centered on a possession plot involving ghosts escaping their grounds. The film features a mix of humor and emotional depth, with the ensemble cast including both returning and new characters, and was produced rapidly. The creators have expressed that they enjoy working together and may continue if opportunities arise, but they consider this film a possible final chapter.
