Sanders as Ravens option
Lamar Jackson injured his thumb on the first play against Buffalo, and Ravens coach Jesse Minter said he needs surgery and will go on injured reserve after Baltimore’s 36-10 loss. Backup Tyler Huntley also left with a toe injury, forcing the team to use emergency third-stringer Joey Fagnano. Baltimore is exploring quarterback options, with Shedeur Sanders among the possible trade targets.
