Reid disputes Chiefs call
The Kansas City Chiefs lost 28-24 to the Denver Broncos after a late false-start penalty against right tackle Jaylon Moore erased Patrick Mahomes’ apparent game-winning touchdown pass to Rashee Rice. Coach Andy Reid said he did not see a false start, though he acknowledged Kansas City’s 11 penalties for 105 yards were a problem. Denver rallied from a 24-13 fourth-quarter deficit to improve to 6-2 and take first place in the AFC West, while the Chiefs fell to 5-2 after a second straight loss.
