Brady Dismisses Chiefs Complaints
Tom Brady said officials were right to call a false start on Chiefs tackle Jaylon Moore, overturning what appeared to be Patrick Mahomes’ go-ahead touchdown with four seconds left in Kansas City’s 28-24 loss to Denver. Andy Reid and Mahomes questioned the penalty, but Brady said Moore’s knee flinched; the Chiefs had 11 penalties for 105 yards and had surrendered an 11-point fourth-quarter lead. Brady also noted Mahomes’ 321 passing yards and three touchdowns as an encouraging sign.
