Hormuz Strait management reverts to Iran
The advisor to the Iranian Supreme Leader, Ali Akbar Velayati, attributed the stability of the Arabs in the Gulf region to Iran's control of the Strait of Hormuz for a century, stressing that the West has achieved nothing for the area except brutality and the plundering of resources. He explained that ships passing through unauthorized routes in the strait are not covered by guarantees or insurance, and the only permitted route is the one officially announced by Iran, warning of the dangers of any movement outside this route.
