In Baghdad, the General Secretariat of the Holy Hussain Shrine announced the success of its security, service, and organizational plan for Arbaeen pilgrimage. Millions of visitors were safely escorted to Karbala without any security breaches or shortages in services, thanks to early preparations and comprehensive coordination. Multiple medical and logistical teams were deployed to ensure the movement of pilgrims, provide healthcare, and supply necessary provisions, with services maintained until the last visitor departed. The statement also noted that this achievement was the result of ongoing planning and cooperation among all relevant parties, amidst a record turnout of approximately 22 million visitors.
