Houthis strike Saudi oil tanker in Gulf
The Yemeni movement "Ansar Allah" (the Houthis) announced that they targeted the Saudi oil vessel "Daisy" in the Gulf of Aden with a ballistic missile, which damaged the ship and forced it to retreat. The Houthis' military spokesman confirmed that the operation aimed to impose a blockade on Saudi enemy maritime navigation, and that Yemeni forces are closely monitoring the movement of Saudi oil ships and are preventing their passage until the demands of the Yemeni people are met and the blockade is lifted.
