PM delays import taxes on eggs and meats
Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaydi has directed the postponement of customs duties and taxes on imported eggs, chickens, and live meats. This step aims to support the stability of the local markets and to provide these products at reasonable prices for citizens. It is part of the government's efforts to ensure the availability of basic commodities and to reduce economic burdens, especially after exchange rate changes and their impact on the market.
