Kojer explains IMF loan for projects, not salaries
The member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Kujar, confirmed that the government's resort to borrowing from the International Monetary Fund focuses on financing investment and development projects, rather than covering salaries or operational expenses.
