Princess Rahma inaugurates new project
Her Highness Princess Rahma bin Al-Hussein visited Al-Balqa Applied University, where she laid the foundation stone for the project to develop the building of lecture halls and scientific laboratories at Princess Rahma College. The project aims to provide a modern learning environment, including classrooms, laboratories, and advanced facilities. It will be implemented in three phases at a total cost of approximately 5.08 million Jordanian dinars and will cover a total area of up to 8,000 square meters. This initiative comes as part of Her Highness’s support for the development of higher education institutions in Jordan and the enhancement of the college's program quality. The college was established in 1965 and joined the university in 1997.
