Sheikh Al-Adwan: Trainee Exile and Family Return Prioritized
The article addresses Sheikh Kamil Abu Urabi Al-Adwan's stance regarding the tribal deportation document issued by the Ministry of Interior, which includes decisive provisions concerning murder and sexual assault crimes. He emphasized that this document is clear and binding for everyone. He explained that the continued prohibition of some families of the offenders from returning to their places of residence after tribal reconciliation reflects a discrepancy with the goal of reconciliation itself, which should be inclusive and aimed at ending disputes and restoring stability to the community. He also confirmed that some issues have been settled through reconciliations, but the ongoing ban on the relatives of the perpetrators from returning threatens the social purpose of the reconciliation.
