The National Center for Security and Crisis Management has revealed details about the national alert messaging system currently being tested. The system aims to enhance the speed of emergency notifications without replacing traditional sirens. It relies on a global protocol to ensure effective alerts to citizens, even when phones are set to silent, during disasters and emergencies. The center is focused on improving performance based on public feedback, with the goal of reducing human and material losses by providing official, reliable information and avoiding rumors. This approach helps strengthen trust between the government and the citizens.
