Al-Zarqa to develop investment city via Miras
A field visit was carried out in Al-Zarqa Governorate to the "Miras" project, implemented by Amman Logistics Services Company with an investment of nearly $100 million. It is considered one of the largest mixed-use developments in the region. The project aims to boost economic activity and create more than 7,000 direct and indirect jobs. It includes three phases: a 4-star hotel, commercial gardens, an advanced hospital, and an entertainment city. Additionally, it is the first project in Al-Zarqa to adopt green building standards, which increase construction costs by 30% but help reduce energy and water consumption and improve environmental efficiency, thereby increasing the investment value of the buildings.
