Negev Prison Escalation Incident
Reports reveal an unprecedented escalation in the procedures of management at Nitzan Prison against Palestinian prisoners, with assaults and harsh conditions causing a deterioration in their physical and mental health. These violations include attacking prisoners infected with scabies and other methods of torture, along with medical neglect, providing spoiled food, and depriving them of their basic rights such as family visits. Additionally, access to the Quran is restricted, and their time outside is minimized. These policies ignore prisoners' rights and worsen their suffering, prompting human rights organizations to intervene urgently to stop these violations.
