Citizens Question Need to Visit Amman for E-Services
The article focused on citizens' suffering due to the difficulty of using the Ministry of Interior's application, as some procedures, such as account recovery and activation, require visiting the ministry building, causing inconvenience and additional costs for residents in the provinces. It also emphasized that the password recovery service via email does not work reliably, calling for the ministry's services to be made available at provincial centers or through digital service centers to enhance the digital transformation. Additionally, it condemned the lack of integration between interior services and the "SND" app, which increases the need for in-person visits. The article urged the ministry to address these challenges to improve the user experience and accelerate the process of accessing digital services.
