The Jordanian Historians Association elected a new administrative board for the term spanning from 2026 to 2030, comprising a select group of university professors and specialized researchers. Dr. Ghalib Arabyat was elected as the head of the board, with Dr. Mohammed Al-Manaseer as vice-president, Dr. Ashraf Al-Atoum as secretary, and Dr. Samah Taysir Allan as treasurer, along with other members. The board will hold its first meeting soon to establish strategic plans, promote scientific research, and serve the national history. This comes as part of the association's journey, which was founded in 1999, coinciding with Jordan entering its second century.
