The article reveals an escalation of violence and settlements in the West Bank, where assaults by settlers against Palestinians are intensifying, leading to the killing and injury of numerous civilians. It also highlights Israeli practices aimed at expanding settlement activity and consolidating control over Palestinian land. Recent Israeli measures include closing roads, increasing checkpoints, altering the authority of Palestinian institutions, and facilitating land purchases—acts that are accompanied by collusion from the occupation army and its support for settlers. The report affirms that these steps are part of an Israeli strategic plan to annex the West Bank and dismantle the Palestinian Authority, using a political timing linked to upcoming elections and the electoral interests of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
