Ysra Enjoys Return to Film
The article discusses actress Yosra's return to cinema through the film "El Set Lamma" ("The Woman When"). The film will premiere first in Egypt on August 19, followed by other Arab countries on the 27th of the same month. The movie centers on the relationship between men and women in Arab societies, with Yosra portraying a media personality named Dina El Kurd, who launches a campaign called "Veto" to support women and combat violence and family disputes. This sparks widespread controversy and raises questions about the practicality of implementing such ideas in reality. Co-starring are Durra, Magdy El Egyptian, and Yasmine Raees, along with several other artists and guest appearances. The film aims to explore the impact of the campaign on the characters and whether the discussions can become a real-world change. It is considered a different experience for Yosra and is part of the summer 2026 cinematic season, with preparations underway for promoting the film and celebrations marking its premiere.
