Atlético Madrid aims for Sofyan Amrabat

The article focused on Atlético Madrid's interest in signing Moroccan international midfielder Aziz Dounahi, following his impressive performance at the 2026 World Cup. There is a possibility of him moving from the Spanish team Girona, which has been relegated to the second division. A bid of around 20 million euros is being considered to acquire the player, especially with the contracts of Koke and Marcos Llorente expiring next summer. This makes signing him a logical option to strengthen the midfield under coach Diego Simeone before the transfer window closes.
