IRGC dismisses Trump’s negotiation claims
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard denied the statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding any direct contact with officials from the Guard, confirming that there are currently no negotiations between the two sides due to their repeated betrayal and unfulfilled promises. The Guard emphasized that Trump's remarks aim to control global oil and energy prices, and that the only way forward for him is to admit defeat and accept Iran's terms. Meanwhile, Trump stated that he does not have a specific timeline concerning Iran and mentioned that there is a backchannel of communication, adding that Iran should raise the white flag and surrender, while the U.S. naval blockade continues to exert economic pressure on the Iranian regime.
