Guarantee Seeks Contracts and Employee Data
The Public Pension Agency has launched a broad inspection campaign targeting security and protection companies, as well as the benefiting entities, to ensure their compliance with Social Security Law. These entities are requested, by the end of the week, to provide their employment contracts, copies of tenders, and the names and salaries of their workers, in order to verify their inclusion in the social insurance coverage. The aim of this initiative is to protect workers' rights and ensure full enforcement of the law, with the possibility of taking legal action against those not covered by social insurance.
