Aqaba Water Theft Case Moved to State Security
The Ministry of Water and Irrigation in Jordan has referred the water theft case in Aqaba Governorate to the State Security Court, after uncovering violations and theft valued at approximately 17 million Jordanian dinars. The ministry confirmed that these violations allowed for the theft of about 3,500 cubic meters of water daily through main pipelines connecting 29 reservoirs.
