A total of 250 metal waste bins have been installed and secured in tourist areas across Ajloun Governorate, aiming to enhance cleanliness and protect the environment during the peak tourist season. These areas include Shattfina, the Cable Car, Souss Rason Road, and Rujeeb. The bins were supplied by the Ministry of Local Administration, and the Joint Service Council was responsible for carefully installing and securing them in locations with high visitor turnout, using cement to ensure stability and reduce tampering. This initiative responds to the repeated requests from citizens and visitors for waste containers in tourist spots, despite ongoing campaigns by the relevant authorities to maintain cleanliness.
