The European Human Rights Organization, which monitors the situation in Gaza, reported that the Israeli army is deliberately using armed and unmanned "Kquad Copter" drones to target civilians, despite their civilian status and lack of involvement in hostilities. The organization documented the killing of at least 60 civilians from October 2025, when the ceasefire came into effect, through September 2026. There are indications that these attacks vary between direct shootings, dropping ordnance on civilian gatherings, and targeting individuals attempting to reach their homes. Evidence confirms that civilians were targeted intentionally; these actions constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity. The organization calls on the international community to take urgent measures to investigate accountability and prevent the recurrence of such crimes.
