The Court of Cassation in Jordan has ruled to dismiss the appeal and uphold the decision of the Maan Court of Appeal, thereby ending a legal dispute over a gold necklace weighing approximately 300 grams, presented as a wedding gift. This followed the decisive oath sworn by the wife, affirming that it was a gift and not a pawn or intended for recovery. The ruling emphasized that the oath sworn by the parties is binding and becomes legally established, which led to the rejection of the husband's claim to recover the necklace or its value. As a result, the case was concluded definitively.
