Proposal to buy 100,000–120,000 tons of barley
The Jordanian Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply issued a bid to purchase 100 or 120 thousand tons of barley, setting the deadline for submitting offers until 2:00 PM on September 16th. The ministry required applicants to submit a valid business license and a certified commercial registration within 30 days prior to the opening of bids, for a non-refundable fee of 650 Jordanian dinars. This procedure aims to enhance barley imports and ensure allocations for consumers, provided that the specified conditions and requirements are met.
