IEC reports 39000+ voters on Jahiz platform
The Independent Election Commission announced that the number of registered users on the "Jahiz" platform for qualifying electoral cadres has exceeded 39,000. The platform aims to create a database of individuals working in the electoral process and to provide training that qualifies them through exam-based tracks. Over 8,000 official certificates have been issued to those who passed, and holding such a certificate is considered a fundamental criterion for selecting among applicants to participate, emphasizing the importance of understanding electoral procedures. The Commission confirmed that registration remains open without any cap on the number of participants, focusing on attracting the necessary personnel for the municipal council and chamber of commerce elections, with roles assigned at various levels as needed.
