The Irbid District Education Directorate launched the project of female staffing in the basic schools of the district, which has achieved significant educational and organizational results. This project has contributed to improving students' academic performance, increasing stability in the educational environment, and addressing imbalances in the distribution of teaching and administrative staff. So far, it has included 18 schools with around 8,000 male and female students, all managed entirely by female personnel, including teachers and administrators. This has led to improved student behavior, a decrease in behavioral issues, increased attendance and discipline, and strengthened communication with parents, especially mothers. The project has received widespread welcome from parents due to the positive effects it has had on students' psychological and academic well-being.
