Energy Committee Advises Jordanians on Heater Use
The House Energy and Mineral Resources Committee urges citizens to adhere to safety guidelines when using heating devices during the winter season. This is to prevent fire-related accidents and carbon monoxide poisoning. The committee emphasized the importance of proper maintenance, avoiding the use of outdoor heating appliances inside homes, and not leaving them burning while sleeping or when leaving the house. Caution should also be taken with electrical connections. These measures are part of the government's efforts to enhance social protection and ensure a safe home environment as the winter season approaches.
