National sailboat team at Alexandria Championship
The Jordanian national sailing team participated in the 23rd edition of the Alexandria International Sailing Regatta, held in Egypt from October 15 to 20, with the participation of nine countries, including Egypt, Greece, Russia, and Turkey. The participation came within the framework of the Royal Jordanian Naval Sports Association's plan to develop sailing sports, increase international exposure, and gain experience. The team completed an intensive two-week training camp under the supervision of Captain Mohammed Jamal, aimed at enhancing the players' readiness. The team’s technical delegation includes an Egyptian technical director, along with sailors and coaches, in order to improve the team's performance and strengthen their competitive capabilities in the tournament.
