Jordan cancels crown logo on olive oil
An official decision has been issued to revoke the instructions regarding the placement of the Royal Crown logo on olive oil for the year 2026, according to the Official Gazette. The decision states that the new instructions will come into effect 30 days after publication, thereby repealing the previous instructions from 2005 concerning the placement of the Crown logo on olive oil. This measure is taken by the Board of Directors of the Standards and Metrology Foundation as part of an update to policies related to olive oil products.
