Trump's Response to Trust in Netanyahu
There has been controversy surrounding statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding his relationship with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Trump expressed a lack of trust in anyone in politics, despite affirming that he has a very good relationship with Netanyahu and that their military partnership against Iran is strong. He also mentioned that some Israeli officials would like him to personally participate in Netanyahu's election campaign, but he did not make a final decision on whether to get involved. Meanwhile, Netanyahu's campaign focuses on his close ties with Trump. No official endorsement by Trump has been announced for any candidate ahead of the Israeli elections scheduled for October 27.
