The General Social Security Corporation has announced the launch of a new package of services via its mobile application, including a Rapid Complaint Response service and an electronic window for public suggestions, aimed at enhancing direct communication with recipients. The complaint service allows insured individuals, retirees, and companies to submit and track complaints instantly and transparently, with responses provided within designated timeframes without the need to visit branches. Additionally, the Suggestions Window offers citizens an opportunity to contribute to improving the Corporation's services by submitting their ideas, which are reviewed by specialized teams as part of efforts to promote digital transformation and reinforce transparency. The Corporation emphasizes that these services stem from the principle of listening to clients and improving performance based on their feedback, encouraging citizens to download the app and benefit from these initiatives.
