Ramadan 1448 AH start date set
The astronomical calculations for the start of the month of Ramadan 1448 AH indicate that its first day is expected to be Monday, February 8, 2027, after the moon sighting on the evening of Saturday, February 6, in Mecca was not possible due to the moon setting before the conjunction. This suggests that the month will begin on Monday, provided that people complete the month of Shaaban with thirty days, in accordance with the procedures followed by the responsible authorities.
