Iran US Clash in Hormuz
U.S. media reported that the U.S. military carried out limited defensive strikes on Iran’s Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz, destroying a missile launch platform. Reports citing U.S. officials said the Revolutionary Guard had fired a missile from the island toward a U.S. fighter jet. Iran’s news agency, meanwhile, reported explosions on Qeshm without official confirmation of their source or cause.
