The taekwondo draw at the Youth Olympic Games in Dakar will feature four Jordanians: Layan Al-Rawashdeh, Zainab Bseileh, Abdullah Al-Zawahreh and Ahmad Al-Dahamsha. Al-Rawashdeh will face Senegal’s Marie Sarr, while Al-Zawahreh takes on Uruguay’s Rodrigo Farierty da Silva. Bseileh will meet the winner of the bout between Saudi Arabia’s Gharam Mansour and Iran’s Asal Goltapeh. Al-Dahamsha will face Turkey’s Berk Ercan Imamoglu. Jordan will also take on Senegal in the mixed-team quarterfinals. The team hopes to add more medals to Jordan’s taekwondo tally, which includes three medals from previous editions.
