The article revolves around a humorous story involving a famous astronomer who shares an incident with someone who insisted on having a spiritual healing (ruqyah) performed on him. The astronomer wrote a small note that said, "I wish you a recovery, but if it doesn't happen, I don't care." The author uses this story to emphasize that humans should be content with the health and stability given by God, and that pursuing excess or unnecessary things can lead to a waste of life. In the end, he clarifies that wisdom lies in being grateful for what we have and feeling at peace internally, as everything else is just supplementary and may or may not happen.
