Economy Ministry Releases Consumer Report
The Ministry of Economy and Trade reported in its weekly bulletin that the Consumer Protection Directorate has conducted over 7,463 field inspections since the start of the war in March until now. These inspections resulted in the issuance of 326 violation reports and the referral of 354 reports to the judiciary, as well as the response to 426 consumer complaints. Since the beginning of the year in January, a total of 10,567 inspections have been carried out, 472 violation reports have been issued, 652 reports referred to the judiciary, and 10 decisions have been issued to suspend the trading of commercial establishments.
