Al-Khatib Calls for Complete Enemy Withdrawal and Urges Authorities to Address Destruction in the South

The Deputy Head of the Lebanese Islamic Supreme Council, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, confirmed that Lebanon demands the complete withdrawal of the Israeli enemy from Lebanese territories, along with the safe return of Southern residents to their towns and villages, the initiation of a reconstruction program, and the release of Lebanese prisoners held in Israeli prisons. He added that the resistance will continue to endure, and that the Lebanese government must raise its voice both Arably and internationally to stop the demolition and destruction operations carried out by the Israeli occupation in the southern regions. He warned that Lebanon has been delayed in responding to these crimes. He also called for a review of the political and military stances of the Lebanese authorities to achieve national sovereignty, warning against the official silence regarding the destruction of homes and properties in the South, describing such silence as a war crime.
