The Iranian revolutionary forces, the Revolutionary Guards, announced that they carried out an attack on Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, targeting American radar systems and military aircraft in response to American strikes that targeted Iran overnight. The statement reported that a long-range radar system and several strategic refueling aircraft were destroyed in a swift and surprise operation aimed at punishing U.S. forces.
