Samir Geagea, the leader of the Lebanese Forces Party, delivers an important speech on the anniversary of the Lebanese Resistance Martyrs. In his speech, he emphasizes the necessity of unifying the national stance in facing Lebanon's challenges, including Israeli expansion and daily attacks on the south. He also highlights the importance of supporting the negotiation option with Israel to recover occupied territories, halt assaults, and facilitate the return of displaced persons, stressing that this process must be led to achieve tangible results. Additionally, he calls for ending the experience of armed groups outside state control and for the disarmament of Hezbollah's weapons. He focuses on engaging the Shiite community as partners in the homeland and uniting efforts to restore state decision-making, while emphasizing the importance of not opening internal fronts against institutions or the presidential presence.
