The eruption of Anak Krakatoa volcano in Indonesia has led to the suspension of hundreds of flights at Jakarta's main airport. Some school activities and fishing trips were also halted due to volcanic ash. At 9:30 AM, the flight suspension was extended beyond the initially scheduled end time of 5:30 AM, affecting a total of 209 flights, including international ones. Volcanic ash was observed reaching heights of up to 15,000 meters, with warnings of dangerous volcanic flows. However, there is no imminent threat of a tsunami.
